A phrase used to describe someone who get easily offended at things most people laugh at. This can be from a harmless joke to saying that gingers shouldn't be allowed on public transport.

Brex offender

The sort of sweaty, middle aged, poorly educated gammon who thinks that Brexit was a good idea and entirely co-incidentally that if there's grass on the pitch you can play. Similar noncery is also common in those organisations closely linked to Brexit, again remarkably co-incidentally.

Darren's a classic Brex offender - he voted Leave even though he works for Nissan, and he attends the police station every Thursday to sign a register. You know which one.
