The Help Room is called the Help Room because in the Primary chamber, someone tried to write Help on the door to the entrance on the help room with the last letter unabled to be completed as the zombie had killed that last survivor. Hence why the room is now called the Help room around many Nazi Zombie Players.
Play the game nazi zombies, look around the Primary chamber and you will see a door that tried to spell 'Help'. Naming the Help Room.
