To hancock is the term given to someone willing to simultaneously screw over an entire country and his marriage. It is a term associated with incompetence, distrust and hypocrisy.
Do you take this man/woman to be your lawfully wedded husband/wife, in sickness and in health, until death do you part or until one of you hancock's it.
