Verb:

The act of changing or making changes, and arranging (arrangement) of something.

The root word of change with the suffix of "ment" added on to create the combination of an entity that better helps explain what we are wishing to say, but faster.

Example:

Friend: "Yo bro, you wanna come to the Susan Boyle concert tomorrow?"

Me: "If I did, I would need to make some changments to my current schedule; however, I'd rather take a shit in the bathtub."

Example:

"I will need to make some changments to the floor plan, but afterward the layout should be fine."

Chingeroo

A fucking retard that doesn't fit in. Chingeroos tend to be big, fat, losers that sweat all the time. It coud be abosulute 0 and he'd be sweating bullets. Chingeroos can be commonly seen in their natural habitat, The Burger Lodge or inside his boyfriend's asshole. Also chingeroos can have distinct shoulders. Their shoulders are large and stiff as if he's wearing Uspa that is a number of sizes smaller than his suggested size.
