A person who is attracted romantically and sexually to both genders; male and female.
It's the most uncommon sexuality, as people are either heterosexual (most commonly) or homosexual.
Often enough, bisexuals experience some form of discrimination, doubt or questioning. Many homophobics do not like the "homosexual" aspect of being bisexual, and there are also people who think bisexuals are:
* Greedy.
This is bullshit, because you can't be "greedy" because you're ATTRACTED to both sexes, doesn't mean you HAVE both sexes. Plus even if you do have both sexes, it's their choice to be with you, right?
* Can't make up their mind/sexually confused.
This can actually be true, but not all bisexuals are confused. Is it that hard to like both?
* Only do it for attention.
While it's true you get some girls who claim to be bisexual to appeal to guys/guys claim to be bisexual to appeal to girls. Again. It doesn't mean all bisexuals are "heterosexuals in disguise".
* Like both males and females equally.
Again. SOME do, but not all. Some bisexuals prefer one gender over the other, it doesn't diminish their bisexuality though. It's possible for a man to prefer women, but would not mind having a sexual and romantic relationship with other men also. It's what bisexuality is all about.
BEST of BOTH worlds.

Bisexual male who prefers women to men, but that doesn't mean I'm straight. At least I don't believe it does. I'd still date and eff another man.

Get the Short ass bisexual mug.To be bisexual is to be attracted to a person regardless or gender or sex. It does not mean that you cannot make up your mind, it does not mean you are sex-crazed, and it does not mean that you will by default participate in orgies every night.
Of course, there is probably someone reading this that DOES participate in orgies every night, but they would be in the minority.

Get the bisexual mug.Being bisexual means being attracted to two or more genders, but a bisexual person CAN have a preference over gender.
A common misconception is that bisexual people are transphobic and exclude transgender people or non-binary people out of their sexuality, but this is actually not true at all! Transgender is not a third gender, neither is non-binary. Trans men are men & trans women are women so bisexual people are attracted to trans people too!
Bisexual also includes non-binary people.
Being pansexual is actually very similar to being bisexual but they are NOT the same thing!
Being pansexual means that you are attracted to two or more genders, with NO preference over gender.
A common misconception is that pansexuality is bi-phobic or transphobic, when in reality it is neither of those things. Some people think that pansexual people believe that being transgender is a third gender, or that pansexual people only exist because they think that being bisexual inherently discriminates against transgender people and non-binary people. But this is not true! Both sexualities include trans AND non-binary people.
The only difference between being pansexual and being bisexual is that bisexual people can have a preference over gender, (example: sexuality ratio is 70% women, 10% men, 20% non-binary or anywhere in between) and pansexual people have zero preference over gender, and have no sexuality ratio!
