A kill box is 'Where you go to die'.
It means that it is in the middle of all the action (usually where the cross fire) takes place and you would be unlucky to be caught in such an area.
This applies in real life and in video games.

The phrase "poop in a box" is pretty random. To use the poop in a box phrase is fairly easy. You can either say it and confuse people, or the real reason why its poop in a box is because you write out poop and make a rectangle around poop, hence the phrase poop in a box...just write it down randomly, on a white board, in your room, on a sticky note, and it will totally confuse everyone.
