Mimicking a Qupanuaq, with an innate need to breed in the Arctic, a spring migration of hundreds of kilometers leads to the comfort of a small, warm and delicately prepared nest tucked into a rocky crevice on the barren ground tundra wherefrom hatchlings emerge and are nurtured by her male lover. Ephemeral ecstasies slowly ceding to changes in plumage that inevitably pull her to familiar southern habitats until nature induces another migratory cycle north.

I fondly recall seeing Jessica Black out on the tundra in the spring time sun with an unending smile.

Travel south as she may, deep down Jessica Black knows Arctic lovers offer exquisite company and mating opportunities.

For some odd reason, and despite her obvious migratory tendencies, Jessica Black has yet to consent to booking a plane ticket.

a boltonian bonfire night feast! specially made for people who live in bolton. They seem to think that everyone knows what they are but most people have never heard of them :)

Black peas, also called parched peas or maple peas, form a traditional Lancashire dish served often on or around Bonfire Night (5 November). The dish, popular in Rochdale, Oldham, Wigan, Bury and Bolton, is made from the purple podded pea (Pisum sativum var. arvense)1 which is long soaked overnight and simmered to produce a type of mushy pea. Parching is a now defunct term for long slow boiling.2

A black redneck is a lot like a white blues player. A black redneck wears a cowboy hat and boots, chews tobacco, goes to or participates in rodeos, drives a pickup truck, and writes or makes country music. A black redneck talks with a drawl.

The black redneck was at the Grand Ole Opry the same night the white blues player was at the House of Blues, and he fit right in.
