...someone commits illegal, Immoral or unethical act(s) and has not 'fessed up even though everybody may know about it but so far the perpetrator hasn't been busted. The implication is that he/she will eventually get caught.
"I see they finally indicted Representative Anderson for bribery and money laundering--he's been riding dirty in the legislature for years..."
"Jack's girlfriend and his wife joined the same Oprah book group and found out that he's been riding dirty both ways...he's sleeping in the office now."

When the bottom edge of a girl’s shirt is higher than the top of her pants, exposing her stomach. Typically used when referring to shirts that are NOT necessarily meant to expose the belly (vs crop tops) and the shirt has unintentionally been pulled up, e.g. due to a tight fit, friction from other clothing, standing up after sitting down, etc.
Joe: Damn babe, I love when you wear those short shirts!
Emma: Huh? looks down Oh, it’s not a short shirt, I’m just riding high. pulls down shirt to cover stomach

This is the dangerous act of banging a girl underage (jail bait). It is highly advised for legal reasons not to "ride the rancor." But to do so and come out without any consequences is a feat that not many accomplish, unless you are a Jedi. Luke Skywalker was seen surviving a rancor encounter in "Return of the Jedi." A rancor is a large carnivorous reptomammal native to the planet of Dathomoir. As you can tell it is equally as dangerous to encounter a rancor as it is to have an "encounter" with jail bait. This can be used in several tenses such as "Lets ride the rancor" or "He rode the rancor" and lets not forget "riding the rancors."
Dude 1: Dude I rode the rancor last night.
Dude 2: Dude she was 15!
(at a party)
Drunk 1:Oh man this girl is coming on to me.
Drunk 2:Bro, she is like 16 your 25.
Drunk 1:Time to ride the rancor then
(At a mall)
Bro 1: Dude bro you see that girl eyeing me?
Bro 2: Careful riding the rancor is dangerous, and illegal in most places
Bro 1: Luke survived
Bro 2: You're no Jedi bro
