Term coined in reference to how black people generally indulge dialogue at a higher volume, than Caucasian counterparts.

There is no White equivalent term.

A: So why was residence security called?
B: Because the black people were up at 3am talking on their phones in corridors, music, general black volumes of talking etc . . .

Could also used to be indicate how slaves would run around in the golden fields of wheat surrounded by tusks of ivory, with their African booties bouncing.
