1. Referring to a term used by a fitness instructor meaning to a fake cooldown. This is used when the instructor wants the fitness class to believe they will be allowed to cool down but they actually continue high intensity exercise.

2. Also used by a fitness instructor, when referring to a fake countdown. The instructor will count down signaling the end of a fitness exercise but then continues, making the countdown void.

Allison's last dance of the day was a total fakedown. My heart rate was sky high.
