A joyful coming together of Chinese music fans in a circle formation with linked hands. Imagine a game of "ring around the rosy" but with drunken hipsters running around in a circle. Usually occurs at music festivals but has been seen at smaller venues as well.
"Woah, Modern Sky Festival was amazing!"
"I know, right! Did you see that massive joy-circle during Super VC?"

When true-believer employees stand around talking ecstatically to each other about how great the company is because of the "amazing work" they did; this typically creates a toxic smugness that pollutes the rest of the workplace.
Guy 1: Those dudes are being so loud - I can't even focus on my work.
Guy 2: Right? I can't believe they're still circle working over that sale they landed last month. It wasn't even that big of a deal.

On Facebook, there are a certain few people who tend to "like" your statuses and photos, regardless of what they are. In return, you sometimes "like" their statuses and photos back as a way of saying thanks for their contributions. This creates a circle of liking that goes both ways and can eventually expand to earn you even more "likes" on your future updates.
Bro 1: "Dude, why did you like that picture?"
Bro 2: " Chill broski, she's in my like circle, it's all good."
