A euphemism for smoking crack. Most crack pipes are shaped somewhat like an "L," where the vertical line is the barrel of the pipe and the horizontal line is the bowl where the crack is placed.

Character on the X-files who was somehow involved in the whole governmental conspiracy. Always was puffing on a cigarette everytime he was on..hence the name.

Also a very good John Ashcroft look-alike.

The X-files is on...I hope the cigarette smoking man is in this one.
