What used to be a funny insult became a word used by non-social special ed kids to call someone who they dont know because theyre incapable of actually trying to get to know them

Person 1: “brooo, brody and his friends are such NPCs!”
Person 2: “you literally call everyone you dont know an NPC and you’ve literally never made an attempt to socialise with anyone, so what do you know?”
