In Mizuki's 5th focus event, she is revealed to be transgender by a junior high bully of hers (M to F), and this revelation, in simple terms, breaks the internet. Mizuki becomes distressed about being outed as transgender and proceeds to isolate herself because she can't bear to face her friends after what has happened.
When players of Project Sekai found out that Mizuki is outed and proceeds to isolate herself, they came up with the term; "Mizuover" which is a combination of the words; Mizuki and over (like Game Over).
