Hacking on a dart usually refers to smoking a cigarette. The term is often picked up as a joke, but becomes usual vocab after a few uses. Hacking on a dart is a term used mainly by British Columbians. Hacking just means smoking, not literally coughing.

Billy: what are you guys doing on Saturday night ?

Bobby: just shooting some Jack and hacking on a darts.

Billy: I'll be there!

Alli is good at facebook hacking. She does it to anyone who owns an iTouch.

People of long valley wish Jumbo would move there to make it a little cooler...He is a big pot head and would fit in perfectly there cause every single kid there smokes pot and dies from drug overdoses at the age of 25
