Good Charlotte

A pop-punk band from D.C. Band members are: Joel Madden, Benji Madden, Paul Thomas and Billy Martin. Benji and Joel write all of GC's songs. They have three albums out. Good Charlotte is one of the few bands that actually appreciates their fans.

To all you people who are saying shit about them: You obviouly know NOTHING about GC if you think they are 'posers'. So how can you call someone a poser when you don't even know anything about them? And if you just don't like their music, then please keep it to yourself; 'cause NO ONE CARES what you think.
Just listen to their albums.

Good Charlotte

Okay, they might not be so good now, but check out their old stuff: their first album "Good Charlotte", has got some really great songs like Screamer, East Coast Anthem and Festival Song. :)
I will always love Good Charlotte, cause they have really meaningful lyrics and listening to them has helped me through a lot :D

Good Charlotte

A really cool band that has way too many preps and teenies fawning over them so everyone else who might actually like them are labeled as such. If you listen to the music and like it because it's good music, you're a good fan. If you like it because everyone else in the world likes them, you're a teenie and should be shot.
Teenie/Idiotic Prep: Oh My Gosh, everyone else loves GC so much! They must be awesome! I'm going to go run out and buy all their cds and obsess over one of the members so I'm cool like everyone else! Good Charlotte roxxors!
Real fan: GC rocks! The music is really meaningful and the members are just so cool. Go out and buy all their cds? What do you mean? I already have them. I need their first one again cuz it never leaves my cd changer...

Good Charlotte

Great punk-rock band from Maryland! These guys are the most down to earth band in the biz. Joel Madden (Vocals), Benji Madden (Guitar), Billy Martin (Guitar) and Paul Thomas (Bass) mix smart lyrics with great music! If you have the chance to see them live go check em' out, you wont regret it.
I recommend you to download: "Motivation Proclamation", "The Young And The Hopeless" and "In This World (Murder)"

Good Charlotte

A Pop-Punk band, a GOOD band that people could like if they would take a second to stop and listen, full of people who UNLIKE AVRIL LAVIGNE really play their own instruments, but are stereotyped because the play "Pop" punk. Dude, so does friggin' Iggy Pop and Green Day. True fans love the music, not the faces.
Jane: Ohhh, Good Charlotte are so hot!!
Sarah: They friggin' SUCK!
Jane: I hate them too!
Jacobin: Example of a fake fan. Now, a true fan:
Kris: I love Good Charlotte, I think they are really good musicians!
Jodie: I think they suck! They are posers! All their fans care about is the looks!
Kris: Well, I don't care, 'cause I LOVE THE MUSIC NOT THE FACES! Though the faces aren't too bad...
David: And that's a true fan.

Good Charlotte

A pop-punk band that started in Waldorf/Naptown in Maryland. Brothers Joel and Benji are lead vox and back-up vox/guitar respectively. Billy Martin on the other guitar, Paul Thomas on the bass, and Chris Wilson on the drums complete this quintet.

Not considered punk by "hard-core" punk fans (who would rather be listening to Avril Lavigne), they are neither punk nor pop.

Many people listen to them because their single "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" hit number one. Their most famous song, however, "Hold On", got world-wide fame as one of the first songs that confronted teens and parents about teen suicide and encouraged them to get help. When many others were talking about cutting themselves and killing themselves, Good Charlotte was encouraging teens to get help.

The band doesn't deserve the crap they get from peopl. People say that they hate Good Charlotte's music when they've only heard one or two songs by them. They dislike anyone who likes their music because it's music that isn't afraid to play.
Person 1: "What're you listening to?"
Person 2: "Good Charlotte."
Person 3: "lIek!!!11 oMg!! dEy R sUcH pOsErS!!!111eleventy"
Person 1: "And they're not punk. I thought you said you were punk!"
Person 2: "I never said I was punk. I like punk, but I like Good Charlotte, too. And why am I defending my music to you? Later." (PERSON 2 WALKS AWAY)
Person 3: "bUt... gOOd cHaRlOttE iS, lIeK, sOoOo pOsErrr!11eleventy"
Person 1: "stfu/And you listen to... Hilary Duff?" (PERSON 1 LEAVES)
