camping

A strategy in First person shooters where the player sits idly by hoping and unsuspecting enemy will maybe walk in front of them. As red vs Blue said it, camping is not a legitimate strategy. Many campers would defend camping as the most tactically sound and intelligent strategy, when in reality they just dont have the reflexes or hand eye coordination to play the game normally. Also known as a strategy for 5 year olds and pussies who are afraid to die in a video game so they sit in the corner

2: he killed me too hes been sitting there all game what a camping fag he probably uses the heartbeat sensor and commando too
1: my 50 year old mother could get that score camping like him and shes never played before

Camping

Camping is a way of playing on a online fps game. There are 2 types.

Pro- A pro usually does not find it necessary to camp but if they do, they camp, shoot, then move on.

N00b-A noob always camps (well most of them do). In fact, the majority of campers are noobs. They will camp, then shoot, then instead of moving, stay in the same place. Since they stay in the same place, they get killed and than complain how you hack.

Pro- Damn low on hp. *camps* *takes shot* *move on* *camps somewhere else* *noob comes looking for his camping spot* *takes shots* *moves on* *BOOOM* *gets killed by a nube tuber*

Noob- Oh I have 100 hp, instead of helping the team ill just camp cuz ima nub. *camps* *takes shot* *camps in same spot more* *gets knifed in the back* WTH HACKER HOW DID U NO I WAS THER H@CK3R.

closet camping

1) getting fucked up and camping in your walk in closet with a group of friends, while rolling BALLS!
2) Taking a shit load of tabs and after along night, going into camp the closet and snort more tabs
3) Fucking a bitch in your walk in closet while wearing your mom's old 80s neon colored jacket.

We fired up that pert blunt and popped a few white apples.. then the 6 of us went closet camping for about 4 hours until 9 am.

Yeah man, I shit on that bitches' chest the other night when her and i closet camped.. i blew my load in her hair too!

Camping Carl

A term given to any person that spends an unacceptable amount of time in one area of a video game map. The reasons for their lingering range from not being able to get kills to taking a break to bate it. Generally disliked by all other players for using overpowered sniper rifles and carbines. Other synonyms include Mallow Maker, Negative Nathan, and Bouncing Betty.

When the homework is due pretty soon, this is camping nearby the collection box, to get as much time to do homework before its collected. When the teacher does come, the campers usually rush out and hand it at the very last second.
