The rule that states when a person is in a position to steal, or yoink from another, one must do so.

Herbie could not decide whether to turn right into the parking garage ahead of the vehicle waiting in the street to make a left into the same garage. As he pulled into the garage ahead of the other vehicle, he remembered, "Yoink is the rule!"
