Sarcasm

Depending on how it's used, sarcasm can be a defense against stupidity or stupidity itself.

Stupidity: When someone asks someone else a decent question and they reply rudely with unneeded sarcasm.
Defense against stupidity: When someone asks a stupid question that more than deserves a sarcastic answer.

When I asked Jo if she was gonna order ramen again, she said "Nooooo. I'm not gonna order what I order every day."
That sarcasm was totally unnecessary, and stupid.

2. Saying the exact opposite of what you really mean, to show emphasis.

1. Person : Hey, what did you get on that biology test? I bet i got higher!
Me : You sure you wanna make that claim when your score's an 85?
Person : Whatever dude, you just wish you could be me.
Me (being sarcastic): Yeah, I'd just love to never have another girl hit on me as long as i live.

2. Mom : Here's your arranged marriage son, Isn't she pretty?
Son (being sarcastic): Yeah! Why dont you go pick up the ugliest hog on the streets and I'll marry THAT.

Sarcastard

A fusion of two words: Sarcastic and Bastard. Many bastards are sarcastic and vice versa. Hence this great word which I made up and should have patented, though it will most likely never catch on with the masses.

That guy is such a sarcastard.

When one says something, but usually means the opposite.
Used sometimes in order to belittle someone and make them seem retarded... or equally to amuse and impress them with your mind. Indeed.

Betty: June hi! how are you today?
June: Menstral cycle - it's like I got a fire and ice show going off in my lower regions. It's fantastic.
Betty: Owh, doesn't sound it!
June: Umm... sarcasm?
Betty: No I'm not being sarcastic, it really doesn't sound it!
June: *slaps head*

sarcastic acid

It's chemical formula is H(SrCaSm) and is the substance that stimulates witty comebacks, ironic replies, in other words: sarcasm. It can only be handled in small amounts as it has a pH of 0. If someone is overly sarcastic it can appear as an off-white cloud around a person's head.

"Who's the guy with the cloud around his head?"
"Oh, that's Mike. He has excessive amounts of sarcastic acid, it's genetic"
