Refers to unmarked soldiers or operatives, often associated with Russia's tactics during the annexation of Crimea in 2014. These were armed individuals in military gear without insignia, used to create plausible deniability about state involvement.

So we have to pretend this dichotomy between the 1st and 2nd order dating pools does not exist at all costs.
