When you insult somebody as a joke, but you actually mean it.

Kate says to Hanna sarcastically, "You look terribly today!"
Hanna responds, "Was that an Insulter's Joke or what?"

Joke

A joke- something many people can't take or if they do they take it personally; many people are too "weak" to handle jokes; some mat get offended by said jokes too easily. They may just have a different sense of humor or lack thereof.

when someone is fake laughing at another's joke or funny behaviour.

person 1: whats 9 + 10

person 2: *laughs on the outside* (but inside is very annoyed)
person 3: that guy is clearly joke casting you.

green flag joke

a joke that goes on and on and on, with the people making the joke creating different scenarios about it.

started when some people were at the beach and a storm was coming, but there was still a green weather flag up. they saw some people in the water and decided to joke about it forever.

guy 1: "hey, look, its a green flag, but its flating in the water!"
guy 2: "its a green flag, but its ripeed and in the air!"
guy 1: "look at that green flag.... in the water!"
guy 2: "its a green flag, but its in a tornado!"
both guys: "HAHAHAHAH! ok, this is getting old."
______
can be used for any kind of scenario, not just a green flag.
usually the green flag joke is only funny for a few minutes.
