Jayfeathers stick is a peice of history which he uses to communicate with the ghost cat, Rock. Turtles stick, he enchants to hide and protect himself from Darksalker using his animus magic. in the end, Jayfeather destroys his stick and Turtle gives it to Anemone, his animus little sister, to save her from Darkstalker (both dragons are royal)
