Emos officially suck. Why?

1 - They normally have well off lives, but tend to find small problems and pretend they're huge.
2 - Think they're not conformist, even though they look like all other emos (half the teen population >_>).
3 - They label themselves emo just to look cool to other kids, not because they like to.
4 - They act like they're so creative, but really they're just trying to show off how "deep" they are. PFF!!!

Emo Guy: My typical high school GF just left me. Life is pain. Ima make a poem about how roses have thorns.

Emo Girl: I miss him. I say "rawr" a lot because I think it's cute. Ima make a poem about curdling milk, because I'm just deep like that.

Okay you might hear alot of bad things about emos that isnt true. So here is the real definition to emo. Kids that may feel sad and or alone. If you heard the emo song thats all just a bad strioetype. Emo isnt like goth. Emo isnt a cult. Emo started out as a type of music and developed into a style. Emo is short for emotional. And next time you see an emo dont judge them right away get to know them first. If your child is emo. Leave it alone it may be a phase and they WILL grow out of it. Though it take a while support them and it will be be okay.

1.A person who wears clothing you can find at multiple stores, including Zumiez and Hot Topic. Hair is usually dyed black and swept over one or more eyes. Wears studded belt. In most cases is depressed, but rarely depressed enough to kill themselves.Wears jeans all the time, even in the summer. Undeniably attractive to people of the opposite sex. Often found writing, listening to rock music, and making out with their gf or bf. Emo's are very sweet and always pay attention to your feelings. Emo's are NOT FAGGOTS OR GAY.They are also REALLY, REALLY, HOT.
2.A misspelling of the name Emi.
3.A shortened version of the word Emotional.

Not goth. It's a style for kids who got rejected from that whole society because they whined too much to be goth. Often, they DO listen to the same music. However, that doesn't make the goth a poser. It makes the emo have a good taste in music. They still today try to fit with goths, but fail because us goths can't handle this: "My life sucks! Why can't I just fit in with everyone else like those goths do? I'm going home to cut myself now, GOD!!!"

emo: "Can I hang out with you to cut ourselves together?"
goth: "What? Why do you want to cut yourself? Honestly, you are SUCH a poser!"
emo: "That's why I want to. No one understands me!"
goth: "Everyone understands. You wear too much makeup, and you're a poser. Now excuse me, I'm getting ready to actually deal with my life."
emo: "I wish I could, but I can't get the black abyss of tortured souls out of my mind. They kill my breath off every-"
goth: "Okay, then, bye!"
