Mobile Statue

A person standing frozen in the middle of a public thoroughfare, street, sidewalk, hallway or stairwell where people are normally walking, reading or writing text messages, checking e-mail, or otherwise electronically absorbed, cut off from the world around them.

I just walked right into some mobile statue on campus because I was trying to type and walk at the same time... I guess I should have gone statue too...

Dual Statuality

A term that describes using the same status update on both facebook and myspace.

Alternate phrasing would be Latent Dual Statuality,

using the same status but with a latent update.

Example:

Margie posted that “she is going to buy shoes” on facebook

Margie later posted that “she had bought shoes” on myspace

Randall was too lazy to write something different for his facebook status so he used dual statuality.

When someone acts like a rookie they then have rookie status. This can apply to anything where you are better than a friend, they will have rookie status.

Person A: Fuck i just knocked over all the cups playing Beer Pong
Person B: That is Rookie Status

Joe: Can you teach me how to take a rip of this ROOR?
Mark: Wow, such rookie status.

Setting your Facebook status to inform everyone of a party that may, or may not, be happening. If the party is a fake, it usually involves someone with very strict parents.

Andrew: PARTY AT ADAMS TONIGHT! FREE BOOZE!
Adam: What are you talking about? My parents would kill me!
Andrew: Dude, it's just a Party Status.

Dip Status

When you want to break up with your girlfriend but you're too much of a pussy to do it like a "big boy".

Can also be used to say that you are leaving a place or area.

"Dude are you breaking up with me?"
"YUP, DIP STATUS."

OR

"YO, I'm going to DIP I'll see you later."
