A slang word, meaning a white person. Back in the 1930's white men would go by all black hang outs.(all black resterauntes, movie theatures, ect) and beep his car horn at the black ladies as a way to get them to comes to their car. so they became honkeys. it is used a racial slur against white people but (white people) dont really care about that term or take it offensive.

non-white: yo honkeys.

whites: do these people think that this word bothers us. We could care less. why do black people got to make it a racial thing. slavary happened mostly in the south anyway a long time ago. us modern day white people did not have nothing to do with it.
