Get the Tip Liningmug. (English, verb) - A sardonically sarcastic verb towards landlords - often times the well off individuals that own public housing such as apartment buildings and townhouses as financial and profit-accruing assets in places they do not reside in - and a verb indicating solitude and sometimes disgust towards their tenants that are being increasingly exploited by the housing market, through means of forcing them to pay more to stay in the areas they live in.
During the heated debate about rising rents in the city, Sarah couldn't help but retort using an egregiously sardonic comment, telling those to "tip your landlord", indicating that landlords often care more about their profits more than the well-being of their tenants, and that those who live under them should keep giving more to force them to suffer under their own irresponsible decision making.
