In other words, A beauticle is a sample of beauty, often fortuitously glimpsing insight to beauty.

Ceautiful 

A girl that is so cute and beautiful simultaneously that you have to make a word up just to describe her. i.e. Ceautiful. She leaves you wondering how this is even possible.

I don't know how Cassandra does it, but she is cute and beautiful at the same exact time. The only word to describe this phenomena would be 'Ceautiful.' And she is quite, quite Ceautiful.
