A controversial full-service restaurant where tipping more money to the waiter means that your stomach can hold more food—even when it actually only means that you know/suspect/are aware that the waiter ought to have higher wages and nothing else. This is similar to how the YouTube algorithm interprets subscribing to more channels as having more time to watch videos.
Navigating YouTube is like dining at a full-service restaurant where every tip just makes the waiter richer, but somehow I end up feeling like I’ve ordered a buffet I can’t finish.

Get the youtubemug. YouTube Analytics lets you see more specific data about your channels, assets, and audience. You can see how well one of your uploaded videos is doing well comparing to your others weather its averaging higher/lower in views.
Wow I thought my channel was going to do well but YouTube Analytics showed that no one is watching my videos! Time to quit!
