Slang from the south that entails whatever you are about to do is probably not going to be in your best interest. Rarely actually used in favor of other phrases, and typically only said by older folks.

Popularized by twitch streamer Tbvnks, the word "cooked" in this context essentially is another word for someone who's screwed.

Person 1: I got 3 inches at 18, am i cooked?
Person 2: Yeah bro, wrap it up cause you're cooked.

It is an inside joke me and my friends made when we played Roblox back in our school days. Whenever one guy said that we are allowed to join the game he is in but that friend's status is still blue (meaning online but not in a game), that phrase is what we used to rant on the one who hosted.

bro1: Yo bros! I got found a good game to play! Join me now!
bro2: YOU'RE BLUE! Stop cappin!
