The Unbendable Arm

The unbendable arm is when you put your right arm on someone else's shoulder and without flexing, have someone push down on your arm. If done correctly, your arm won't bend...

If you happen to be brave and have a tough arm, then you can have someone hang from it, and do pull-ups if they're up for it
Yo Julie, come hang on Brandon's Unbendable Arm!

The Unbendable Arm is trippy yo!

Let's try The Unbendable Arm Tonight at my party!

The Uncle Pat

An involuntary, obvious, and not-so-subtle physical pat on the back or side of shoulder given by a woman receiving a hug, who is uncomfortably being held in the arms of the one delivering the hug.

The Uncle label being the one man in the family that everyone calls Uncle - who's identity lies somewhere between a long lost cousin or just some guy who partied with your dad around the time you were born.
Uncle Ronnie sees you during a holiday event, eyes you up and opens his arms for an embrace. As you hug him he hugs you tighter and tells you how grown up and beautiful you look. After the initial union is made The Uncle Pat is delivered and the rate and power of the pat will increase with the length of the hug.
