This maneuver is when you perform what would be a regular noogie but with a twist. You bend over the recipient and begin to noogie their taint.

A vulgar slang insult that came from "taint" the body part between the anus and genital area and "head" it is used in a way to describe a "jerk" an "idiot" or both but usally jerk like other body part insults like "move you tainthead!"
