A term used against people with an widely shared outrages opinion that would be looked down on and be invalidated outside of the rap/hip hop community of tiktok.

Used when you see someone making an outrages claim or a person without an opinion.

Typically used against Playboi Carti fans on tiktok.

Example of usage J. Cole is bar, Carti > Eminem, Carti > Tupac, "insert widely respected artist" isn't even top 50.

If you used the term "average raptok watcher" against them, you will most likely be subjected to a ratio attempt.
