Business Misleader

A Chipmunk like individual fed with a silver spoon as a baby, who at school intimidated those he considered less fortunate than himself and went on to be educated at university specialising in learning vocabulary to an unnecessarily high standard.

In order to impress, he mastered an uncanny ability for repeatedly dropping words into every conversation, words that only he understands. On occasions, these words will be duplicated to a point where nobody has the faintest idea what he is talking about.

He is easily impressed by empty responses to his regularly posted pompous drivel on various social media platforms which tend to be followed by equally delusional individuals.

Difficult financial situations within the company are created by the ill judged and ultimately fatal decisions he makes during the crusade to fuel his ego and gain recognition as a business leader for which he has absolutely no knowledge, let alone ability to achieve.

When faced with difficult situations which require confronting with determination and commitment, he has an unrivalled ability to speedily retreat and disappear without trace. Occasionally, he comes out under the cover of darkness to pillage and pilfer the product of his employees hard work.

His response to a position of financial adversity is not to seek a solution for his employees and their families but simply to abdicate his responsibility by handing his dummy to the Administrator
