When you swirl your tongue around the anus of a rat. Your tongue goes in too far and you kill the rat from fecal obstruction. You then suck out the rat's intestines and vomit them into your grandpa's butthole. Your grandpa then eats a gallon of dog scat and poops on your girlfriend's face.
