is a combination of Ex & obsessed. It describes people who won't get over their ex boy/ girlfriend. They want to get back-together with them. They just won't accept the fact that the relationship is over and there is not a chance they will get back together.

Ed: Rae says that Devin still likes her but he "doesn't want anyone to know." Sure, sure.

Cher: Him and i are like siblings, and I KNOW he is OVER her! She needs to let him go, Rae might still like him but he doesn't feel the same way! It's been over a year since they broke up!
Ed: SO TRU! Talk about clingy! She is so Ex-cessed !!!
