Action Johnny 

It's when you let a guy fuck you in the ass, coldcock him right before he comes, steal his wallet, then use the money to buy dope.

Hank thought he found a cheap screw. But in a moment of stupidity he flashed his wallet in front of the guy, who was clearly jonesing something awful, and who then pulled an Action Johnny, leaving Hank with a headache and empty pockets.
