Yappy Dog

Any small breed dog that rules the roost. They might bark a bit, but always happily greet their human parents.

My parents had Labradors, but I prefer the yappy dogs. They are so cute!

yapper flapper

Some one who talks too much and runs around looking busy with out actually accomplishing anything. Complains about how busy the work day is and how much there is to do..but seems to spend more time talking about how busy it is and looking busy by walking back and forth going nowhere than actually getting any work done. Usually the people stuck listening to the whining are the ones left to do all the work.

Geez she's such a yapper flapper!
I know..if she would just shut up and hook in and work, the job would be done.

Chi-yapped

To without fail throw a wrench into any organized situation that was running smoothly up to that point. Then walk away as if it was not a problem, and if it was a problem it was not his problem!

I had every early order waiting in the system and ready to send to the proper companies. I was awaiting confirmation from my general manager so that all things could be place properly and in a timely fashion when...BAM he "Chi-yapped" me and failed to review and summit the orders leaving him and his company short handed on product before we even started our new season.
