Slang: A Bigot that Spews out an intolerant message toward those holding different opinions as a means to support an inaccurate or false claim. Supporting the idea the world(or region) would be better without those individuals. Generally, a Spigot is one that can spread their message from their position of power to excel their agenda.

Our Governor is a real Spigot by banning same-sex marriage after his heated message about how they make their children gay 100% of the time, like how do they even get those numbers?

2. Someone that keeps running on about the same topic that no one is interested in, even though they've been told to shut up many times;

3. Same as above except they have no idea what they're talking about - they keep spewing factually incorrect garbage or a theory that's been completely debunked.
