Bro Scientist

In simple terms: A Bro Scientist is someone who is asked for advice on broscience. The gym conversation of advice on how to workout, get results, etc. Sometimes they are right, but often times they are not. The term is often used as a light joke as a knowing nod that this type of advice is not always helpful.
A couple of my buddies just started working out and come to me and some other lifters (bro scientists) for advice.

Scientists

People puzzled/baffled by the way some of the countries with the lowest vaccination rates (such as those in Africa) are also having the lowest overall spread of the coronavirus.
The countries that scientists thought would be the worst grief tragedy sympathy stories in the grief tragedy sympathy industry, the ones with bodies piled high in the streets, ended up being some of the least affected while also being the least vaccinated.

Build Scientist

A person who spends their time testing builds or testing different setups to use in a game that uses that kind of system. Games like League of Legends specifically have you make a build using different items in the shop, someone who would make various types of combinations to find the optimal setup would be considered one.

People who are classified as this are usually documenting their findings on some sort of spreadsheet or notepad, which is the real distinguishing factor when finding a scientist at work.
Look at Weeks man, he's testing builds again, what a Build Scientist.

not a scientist

Often used in the phrase "I'm not a scientist, but...". Followed by what the speaker believes to be sound advice (it isn't). The speaker is trying to qualify the advice, as if the advice is so brilliant that you might confuse him for an expert.
Troll: I'm not a scientist, but if don't have a charger, you can try microwaving your phone. Apple just started a smear campaign against this to sell more chargers.

Derp: How does that work again?

Troll: I dunno. I'm not some virgin geek, brah.
