The collective sensation of satisfaction, accomplishment, and mutual respect felt by a group at the end of a productive meeting or collaborative session.

Example:
"That brainstorming session was intense, but we totally nailed it. I'm feeling the plance right now."
"Let’s not leave until we reach that plance — you know, that feeling when we know we did great work together."

Origin: A blend word invented to capture the vibe of "place" and "balance", or even "plan" and "dance", symbolizing harmony and synergy in teamwork.
