12 grain bread 

A delicous bird seed filled loaf of amazing fiberous quantaties. Good going down, great coming out.
Get yourself some 12 grain bread its got oats and corn and wheat.
It's even got some sunflower seeds that get stuck in between your teeth.
Layer it up with some hame and some cheese,
but don't eat it with activia you'll be on the john all day!

Gary ate some 12 grain bread for lunch which ended the lockdown and induced a firedrill.

Should be used by medical personnel when referring to people that overreact to minor injuries.

Patient: "I have this cut on my chin and it really hurts. I want to go to the hospital."
Medic to EMT: "Sounds like an acute case of course-grain vaginosis."
EMT: "Copy that, I'll get a shovel."
