1. An individual who embodies the adjective, 'derpy'. They appear clumsy, stupid, and lost while doing normal daily activities. The term is derived from "Goldilocks", the female character in The Three Bears who clearly doesn't know her stuff.

The staff working at the deli didn't know where anything was and take ridiculously long making everyone's sandwiches; the line didn't move for 10 minutes

Someone who smokes countless cigarettes a day, often due to the fact they are a very very important person who makes it seem as if they carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. Often found kicking stones in the carpark while puffing on their cancer sticks whilst attempting to maintain some semblance of professionalism
