"Boy Pretty" refers to getting dressed up nice for older women that you will meet at the bar, with hopes of taking some fine cougar snatch home for the evening

"man are you dressing up tonight?" "Hmmm MAnnnnn I'm gonna get real boy pretty tonight and bring a cougar home!"
