Dead Birds por vida is a Visalia/Tulare 'crew' made up of a few friends. All had to go through initiation, not counting the founders and a member, Finch.
The majority are against ignorance, and such. Basically, A bunch of nobodies with no life.
It's a joke, not meant to offend hardcore gangs, but just go mock the ignorance that goes a long with it.
They pose no threat...to anyone...except themselves.

HOE BIRD

An attractive female only interested in some quick action with a morally lacking man.Although it can be used to insult the female persuasion, it is generally a rather common occurence.Wants the excitement of the chase but none of the drama of a relationship.
Slang for hoochie, but with positive conotations. "Girl, you a crazy ass hoe bird!!"
Not to be confused with hoodrat, as this female is in complete control of her actions and takes a certain amount of pride in all that she endeavors to complete.

"Man, that girl be a hoe bird, trying to get a lunch meet at the Rode Hard Motel."

Bird Condom

Where you gut a bird and use it as a condom. Usually used as a last resort on prom night. Slogans include: "Protect your pecker with a pecker".."Don't bang your bird without your bird".."Let the bird see your worm".."Birds love seeds, give them your seed"

Elliot had nothing to use on prom night, as a last minute thought he gutted this poor sparrow and made a Bird Condom. He used that instead, safe to say for the least of it, he protected his pecker.
