A specific breed of Scottish person that has a big head but a small face, to the extent that it resembles a button that is sown onto a shirt.

That button face won’t stop going on about deep fat fried Mars bars.

Another name for a clitoris of a ticklish woman as most men have no idea what or where a clitoris is.

John: "Yeah I stroked her until she snorted!"

Bill: "Yeah I'm pretty sure you found her laugh Button"
