Can be a nice thing to say if you say it to a friend or a loved one, but inappropriate if you say in response to a police officer that asks you how high are you?

Police officer: How high are you?
Some random idiot: No officer, you're wrong! It's Hi, how are you?

Once done creating the map, it can only be tested at FE2 Map Test, so make sure you publish as a model, marked for sale, and send it for white-listing at FE2 Map Test, of which the link is also provided in the video description.
In order to get started making a map, you need to get familiar with all of the major game objects. Spawn, Exit Region, Exit Block, Buttons, Water, Settings, and Event String.
