The part of Potomac where houses may sell for a million dollars but they aren't mansions. The part of Potomac where not all houses have at least 3 car garages. The part of Potomac that includes Beverly Farms Elementary. The part of Potomac where there are no rich-ass jappy bitches and preppy jocks. The chill part of Potomac.

Potomac Girl: O-M-G. I just crashed my brand new BMW Z3 convertable.
Ghetto Potomac Girl: Oh, I'm sorry, can I give you a ride home in my used station wagon?
PG: Does it have a rockin stereo system and leather seat warmers?
GPG: Uh, no, sorry.
PG: Well, I don't think that my 24-hour security personel would even let a car like that near my gated neighborhood.

ghetto bow

The floret comprised of single dollar bills that is pinned to a young (usually African American) girl's shirt on her birthday. The dollar bills are given to her throughout the day as gifts from her friends, and added to the "bow." If she is well loved, she will have a nice sized "ghetto bow" at the end of the night.

"Lakeisha will be able to get her nails did with the money she got from her birthday ghetto bow."

n. also known as "ghemoseyer."
Someone in front of you who walks about leisurely, esp. down narrow hallways and sidewalks. They aimlessly wander about as if where they are going does not matter, therefore making the people walking behind them late for wherever it is they are going. Some even swerve around so that you cannot walk past them. Ghemoseyers can be very agitating, esp. when you are already running late.

"Gah! This stupid ghetto-moseyer won't get out of my way."
