Someone who is in multiple group chats or chat rooms simultaneously but only reads what people are talking about and rarely responds to messages.
Everytime we say something in the chat that Robert Knowles doesn't like he ghosts us and then goes to someone else's group chat to talk. He's such a Chat Thot.
