Shady Syndrome

A disease that occurs in women wearing huge sunglasses, that deceives everyone into thinking she's hot....until she takes off those big sunglasses and people realize she's ugly. This type of female can usually be spotted on college campuses across the country.

Richard: "Wow, I thought that girl with the big sunglasses was smokin hot, until she took off those sunglasses. She suffers from Shady Syndrome, dammit."

Brandon: "Richard, you can't be picky. Go up and talk to her anyways. You haven't been laid in 3 years.

Friday Syndrome

When you have the urge to burst out in song singing "Friday", say phrases like we so excited in your vocabulary, say the word fun multiple times, act like captain obvious when its friday and you say yesterday was thursday, and your biggest life threatning problem is which seat you should take in your 13 year old friends convertable.

Sarah: We so excited because yesterday was thursday, and today is friday, and were gonna have fun fun fun fun because we going for a ride in my homeboys convertable even if I don't know which seat to take.

Ami: Fun Fun Fun Fun

Kylie: We so excited.

Tia: SHUT UP! You guys have an extreme case of friday syndrome.

TTK Syndrome

Better known as "Teen to Kid Syndrome". This is a mainstream trend of teenagers that find things related to their early childhood are very trendy. Examples of such things that went back in style lately are unicorns, Sesame Street, monsters, Silly Bandz, etc.

How come every teen except me has TTK Syndrome these days? I don't understand it.

hulseyastic syndrome

A term that is given to girls when they are hanging out with one or more girls who are similar looking and are, friendly, sweet and drop dead gorgeous. It is a term only given to girls whom you have the urge to fall in love with. Basically it is a term generally used to describe your favorite sisters. (But they've got to be hott)

AH! I'm going to have to diagnose Hannah and Caroline with Hulseyastic syndrome because they are the best sisters that i have ever known. They are filled with intelligence, kindness, and sweetness on the inside, and they are as beautifull on the outside as they are on the inside.

subjecting oneself to the manipulative forces of the opposite sex. Act strangely around females and have no will or motivation whatsoever. If a victim is asked to do something they comply shamelessly and do not complain. Victim is reduced to a pathetic lifeform within in days and spends most of his time watching chick flicks.

Filter Syndrome

Term describing the phenomenon in which a band or artist releases a song or album that is a significant change in style from their previous works but ironically becomes one of their most popular hits, often to the dismay of already established fans.

The term itself derives from the industrial band Filter, whose song "Take a Picture," which departed from their hard rock/industrial sound with a more mellow ballad. The song became their most popular, peaking at #1 on Billboard's Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart.

Other examples of Filter Syndrome: Spin Doctors - "Two Princes";Sugar Ray - "Fly";Metallica - "Enter Sandman";"Weezer - "Beverly Hills"

That song wasn't like their old stuff, but it got so popular; talk about a case of Filter Syndrome.
