A Steven is an ugly smugly man who has Alopecia areata and no toes. Also known as the Cleft Foot Bandit. More Commonly called "Steven No Toes". You can often find Steven in his dirty bedroom with his little yippy dog that likes to smell his butt when hes had to much to drink. Steven is known to be lazy. Takes advantage of anyone who tries to help them. Steven is manipulative and abusive towards women and children. Stevens are just hurt people who like to hurt people. Steven is also another word for Bitch Ass MuthafuckAh. Can you blame them? They have no hair, no toes, no real reason to live. Steven should go home and live with his mommy.

As the kids walked through their field trip at the Mutter Museum, they came across a Steven and ran scared for their lives because the sight the weird looking human with no hair or toes was cringy.
